Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does a booking work in the online store?
A: Booking through our online store is fast and easy. Just choose your pickup and return dates, and you'll see real-time availability and pricing. If you want delivery, select it at checkout. We’ll contact you the Sunday before your event with your delivery time. A deposit is required to confirm the order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it's paid.

Q: Can I modify my rental booking?
A: Yes. To add items, email us at [email protected]. Minor changes can be made if requested at least 15 days in advance. Note: the 15% deposit is non-refundable, and no refunds are issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Payments can be made online using a credit card, Visa Debit, or via Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. Online bookings require a 15% non-refundable deposit. If you received a quote, a 25% deposit may be required. Full payment is due before your event begins.

Q: Are there refunds for unused equipment?
A: No. We do not issue refunds for unused items. Your rental period starts when you pick up the items or when they’re delivered, and all prices are subject to change without notice.

Q: How do I reserve equipment?
A: A signed contract, valid credit card, and a non-refundable deposit (15% or 25% for orders over $2,000) are required to confirm your reservation.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations up to 3 days before your event incur a 50% charge. Within 3 days, the full rental price applies.

Q: Is damage protection included?
A: A 10% damage protection fee is automatically added unless declined. It covers minor damage but not theft, weather, or missing items.

Q: What are my responsibilities before pickup?
A: Stack tables/chairs, rinse food service items, and remove all decorations and trash. Return linens shaken out and food-free to avoid additional charges.

Q: What if items are returned late?
A: Late returns are charged 25% of the order total per day for up to 4 days. After that, items are considered lost or stolen.

Q: Can tents handle bad weather?
A: Tents offer limited protection. In strong wind or lightning, evacuate the tent for your safety. Tents are not guaranteed to withstand extreme weather.
